The coastline beyond Nice is a veritable paradise for beach-lovers and those who enjoy the good life, with wonderful restaurants, beach bars and an ambiance you will find nowhere else on earth.

Pick one of our favourite restaurants below for a gastronomical experience to take home with you:
1. Villefranche-sur-Mer
La Mère Germaine opened its doors in 1938 and has been welcoming customers ever since to its upmarket premises on the waterfront in this colourful seaside port. Its’ specialities are unsurprisingly – seafood and shell fish – and its bouillabaisse is one of the best in the region.

2. Eze-sur-Mer

Set in a bay hidden from view, the restaurant is on a private beach and has an incredible menu with specialities such as calamari, tuna sashimi and tempura with shrimps. There’s often live music and an amazing party atmosphere. Prepare for a good day out.
